Dr. Jania ist the Managing Director of the Changepoint Advisory GmbH in Hamburg.

In his more than 13 years of working in different manager positions in the industry as well as in the conultancy business, he had managed and successfully completed many strategy and reorganisation projects, among others in the automobile, the tourism, the aviation, the plant engineering and construction as well as in the medical technology industry. His main focus is the development and implementation of long term and future proof strategies, which ideally combine the aspects of sustainability, corporate culture and entrepreneurial success.

At blueContec Dr. Jania supports strategic aspects, for example the future scenario workshop as well as specific process and organisational developments.
